London to Antalya Β· free dental consultation trip for UK patientsTravel. Compare. Decide.for free.
Thinking about dental treatment abroad? Come to Antalya and look at your options first. MEDgo pays for the return flight from London, the airport pickup and every transfer of the day. You spend that day inside three clinics at three different price levels, leave each one with a written treatment plan and price quote, and fly home the same evening β or take the optional 5-star night. Dental treatment itself is never free: each clinic quotes that separately, in writing.
No pressure. Take your time to decide.
Nobody asks for a decision in the building, at the airport or on the flight home. You leave with three written quotes and choose in your own time β including choosing none of them.

The treatment
Quoted separately
Dental treatment is never part of the free trip. If you decide to go ahead, the clinic you choose quotes and bills you directly, in writing.
Your obligation
None
No pressure. Take your time to decide. Fly home with three quotes and no decision, choose a clinic that was not on the itinerary, or drop the idea entirely.
What MEDgo pays for
Four things, and their exact edges
A free offer is only worth reading if its limits are printed next to it. These are both halves.
01
Return flight from the UK
London out in the morning, London back β paid by MEDgo, not by you. The airport, airline and exact times are named on your written confirmation before you travel.
02
Same-day return, or an optional 1-night stay
Fly home the same evening, or take a night in a selected 5-star Antalya hotel on a bed-and-breakfast basis. Either costs you nothing, and neither is assumed β you choose when you book, and the itinerary is written accordingly.
03
Airport pickup and every transfer, all day
Met inside Antalya arrivals, driven to each of the three clinics, between them, and back to the airport. A driver and an English-speaking coordinator stay with you throughout, so there is no queue and no taxi to find.
04
Three clinic consultations
Three appointments already booked in your name at three clinics in three price bands, each ending with a written, itemised quote you take home. The consultations cost you nothing.
Not included
Dental treatment itself β the trip is free, the dentistry is quoted by the clinic you choose
Travel to and from your London departure airport
Travel insurance, which you should arrange yourself
Meals other than hotel breakfast, and personal spending
Extra hotel nights, room upgrades or a companion, unless written into your confirmation
Any later treatment trip, which is quoted separately by the clinic you choose
The three clinics
Three price bands, so the difference is visible
You will not be shown three versions of the same quote. The itinerary is built to spread across the market on purpose: the most expensive clinic, the cheapest, and one in between β the same mouth, the same day, three separate written plans.
Highest package price
The premium clinic
The most heavily specified of the three: the longest appointment, the widest choice of implant and ceramic systems, and its own laboratory on site.
What you see on the day
A full CBCT scan and intra-oral scan taken during your visit
The in-house laboratory and the technician who would make your work
The premium implant and ceramic systems it works with, in the box
Its longest written guarantee terms and what voids them
What drives its price
Named premium implant and ceramic brands rather than a house selection
Laboratory work produced in-house instead of sent out
Longer chair time per appointment and a smaller daily list
Longer written guarantee and review terms
Mid package price
The middle clinic
The one most visitors end up comparing everything else against: established systems, a partner laboratory, and a price roughly between the other two.
What you see on the day
The same scans and the same written plan format as the other two
Which implant and ceramic systems are standard and which cost extra
How laboratory work is scheduled when the laboratory is off site
The guarantee terms and what a revision would cost you
What drives its price
Established mid-range implant systems as standard
A partner laboratory rather than an in-house one
Standard chair time and a fuller daily list
A shorter guarantee window than the premium clinic
Lowest package price
The lower-priced clinic
The cheapest quote of the day. Seeing it next to the other two is the point: you find out exactly what the difference buys, and whether it matters to you.
What you see on the day
The quote that will be the lowest of your three, itemised line by line
Which items are excluded from that price and charged separately
Which systems and materials are available at that price
The guarantee terms, the review schedule and the revision policy
What drives its price
A narrower choice of implant and ceramic systems
Laboratory work batched with a partner laboratory
Tighter appointment scheduling
Shorter guarantee and review terms
A price band is a commercial position, not a clinical ranking. Which of the three suits your case is a judgement only a named clinician can make after examining you β and the three clinics on your date are named on your itinerary before you fly.
The long version
Everything worth knowing before you claim a place
Why the trip exists, why the three clinics are priced apart on purpose, who it suits, who should not book it, how the fixed dates work, and what happens after you land back in the UK holding three quotes.
Why a comparison trip exists at all
Almost every UK patient who ends up in an Antalya dental chair got there the same way: a WhatsApp thread, a photograph of their own teeth taken at arm's length in a bathroom mirror, and a number. The number is usually a good one. What it is not is a treatment plan. Nobody has looked in the mouth, nobody has taken a three-dimensional scan, and the person quoting has every commercial reason to quote low now and revise upward once you have landed.
A comparison trip turns that around. Three separate clinics examine the same mouth on the same day, you ask all three the same questions, and you leave each building holding a written, itemised quote. Then you fly home. The comparison happens at your own kitchen table in the UK, with the paperwork spread out in front of you β not in a consulting room in Antalya with a coordinator waiting outside the door and a return flight already paid for.
MEDgo carries the cost of the travel because the clinics are willing to pay to be seen. A patient sitting in the chair converts far better than a photograph in an inbox, and three clinics sharing the cost of one flight is inexpensive advertising by any measure. That is the whole economics of it, and it is also exactly why the dentistry can never be part of the deal. The trip is free. The treatment is not. If you decide to go ahead, the clinic you choose quotes you and bills you directly, in writing, under its own name β and if you decide against all three, you have spent nothing.
Why three price bands, and not three similar clinics
Comparing three clinics that all sit at the same point in the market tells you almost nothing. You get three numbers within a few hundred pounds of each other and no idea what any of them buys. The itinerary is built to spread across the market on purpose: the most expensive of the three, the cheapest, and one in between.
Seeing the spread is what makes the difference legible. When the same mouth produces three quotes and the gap between the top and the bottom is several thousand pounds, the useful question stops being "which is cheapest" and becomes "what does the extra actually pay for, and do I want it".
What separates the bands
Where the money usually goes
The question to ask in the room
Implant and ceramic system
Named premium systems cost more per unit than a clinic's house selection
Which brand and reference, written on the quote, not described as a category?
Laboratory
An in-house laboratory can remake work in a day; a partner laboratory batches it
Where is my work made, and what happens to my dates if it has to be remade?
Chair time
A longer appointment and a shorter daily list cost more to run
How many patients are on the list the day my surgery is booked?
Guarantee
Longer written cover and a longer review schedule are priced in
What is the guarantee period, what voids it, and what would a revision cost me?
None of that tells you which clinic is right for your case. A price band is a commercial position, not a clinical ranking: the cheapest quote is not automatically the wrong one and the dearest is not automatically the safe one. Which treatment suits your mouth is a judgement only a named clinician can make after examining you, and each of the three will make it separately, in writing.
Flying from London: airports, timings and the same-day return
The campaign is built around London because that is where the route, the fares and the demand are. Antalya's London services run from Gatwick, Heathrow, Stansted and Luton depending on the carrier and the season, and a direct sector is roughly four hours each way β which is exactly what makes a morning arrival, three consultations and an evening flight home fit inside one day.
Two things to settle before you accept a date. Which London airport you leave from, and whether your date is flying direct: that is named on your written confirmation, and direct London to Antalya capacity is at its thinnest in midwinter, so a connecting routing is possible on some dates and it changes the timings materially. If a same-day return matters to you, say so at the enquiry stage rather than after the confirmation arrives.
The same-day return and the 1-night stay are alternatives, not a default and an opt-out. Both cost you nothing. The night is worth taking if you would rather read three quotes over dinner than on a late flight, and worth declining if you would rather sleep at home and be at work on Thursday.

What the three quotes are actually compared against
The comparison that decides anything is not between the three Antalya quotes. It is between those three and the quote you already hold in London β and that is the comparison this page deliberately does not do for you with a headline percentage.
There is a reason for that. A saving figure is only honest if it compares like with like: the same number of units, the same implant and ceramic systems, the same laboratory work, the same guarantee, the same number of visits, and both prices current. Almost no advertised "save up to" number survives that test, and you cannot check ours any more than you can check anyone else's. What you can check is your own itemised private quote, line by line, against three itemised quotes for the same mouth taken on the same day.
So bring it. Get your London quote itemised before you fly β the number of units, the systems by brand name, what is excluded, the guarantee terms β and put it on the table as the fourth column. If you want indicative ranges to orient yourself first, our guide to dental implant costs in Turkey and the veneer cost guide set out what drives the numbers on both sides.
Aftercare when you live in London
This is the part that decides whether treatment abroad was a good idea eighteen months later, and it is the part the adverts skip.
Ask every one of the three clinics the same four questions and write the answers down. Who do I contact from London, and how quickly do they answer? What exactly does the guarantee cover, for how long, and what voids it? If something needs redoing, who pays for the treatment and who pays for the flight? And what will you send me for my records β the itemised plan, the radiographs, the implant or ceramic system details, and the batch or reference numbers?
Then plan the UK side. A London dentist can see you for hygiene visits, reviews and emergencies, and many will; none of them is obliged to correct another provider's work for free, and most will charge for assessing it. Budget for a UK hygiene appointment at the intervals your clinic specifies, keep every document in one place, and register the work with your own dentist so it is on your record before you need it in a hurry.

Who the comparison trip suits
You are weighing work big enough that thousands of pounds separate a fair quote from a poor one β full-arch treatment, several implants, or a full set of crowns or veneers.
You already hold one quote, from anywhere, and cannot tell whether it is reasonable.
You want to walk through the building, look at the sterilisation room and meet the person who would treat you before you commit, rather than after.
You can release one weekday and are comfortable flying out and back inside forty-eight hours.
You want the decision made at home, in your own time, on paper.
Who should not book this trip
This is the shorter list, and the more important one. Say so at the enquiry stage and nobody will try to talk you round.
You are in pain, or something is broken or infected right now. See a dentist in the UK this week. A consultation trip on a fixed date weeks away is not urgent care, and no clinic on the itinerary treats you on the day.
You have already chosen your clinic and are ready to start. You would be spending a day on two consultations you do not want. Ask about a treatment trip instead β that is a different, paid arrangement.
You need one small thing. A single filling, a scale and polish, one straightforward crown. The flight may be free but your day is not, and the sums rarely work.
You cannot fly comfortably, or you need medical support in the air. Roughly four hours each way, three appointments in between, and a long day on your feet.
You are hoping the dentistry turns out to be free too. It will not be, and nobody on the trip will imply otherwise. What is free is the return flight, the airport pickup, the transfers, the three consultations and the optional hotel night.
You want somebody else to choose for you. Your coordinator books, drives and translates. They do not rank the three clinics and they are not paid more if you pick one.
How the fixed dates and the places on them work
Departures are fortnightly Wednesdays across the low-fare window, and they are fixed rather than flexible because three appointments have to be booked around each other at three different clinics with three different diaries. One patient moving a date moves nine appointments.
The Christmas and New Year fortnight is deliberately missing from the grid. London fares spike, the clinics run reduced lists, and a departure there could not be honoured at campaign terms β so it is not offered rather than offered and quietly downgraded.
Each date carries a small fixed number of places for the same reason. When a date fills it is marked closed here and the next open date is offered instead. Nothing is held in your name until your written confirmation arrives naming the flight, the hotel and the three clinics; the grid on this page is the same list the coordinators work from, so what you see is what is actually open.
What happens after you fly home
You land back in the UK holding three written quotes and owing nobody anything. In practice four things follow, in this order.
You compare like with like. Line the three up against the same questions and check each one names the treating clinic and clinician, the stages, the material risks, the alternatives, an itemised total, the exclusions, the guarantee terms and the aftercare route. A quote missing any of those is not comparable to one that has them.
You ask the follow-up questions in writing. Everything that only occurred to you on the plane home. Answers that arrive in writing are worth something later; answers given on the phone are not.
You choose, or you do not. If you choose, the clinic itself β not WeCare and not MEDgo β sends you the treatment agreement, the deposit request and the dates, and the money goes to the clinic. Stage the payments, and do not pay in full before the scan taken on the treatment trip has confirmed the plan.
The treatment trip is a separate trip, and it is paid. Flights, hotel nights and transfers for the actual treatment are quoted separately and are not covered by this campaign. Ask what a second visit would cost before you commit to the first.
There is no deadline attached to any of this. The quotes stay valid for the period each clinic states in writing, and choosing none of the three is a normal outcome that costs you nothing.
An illustration of the shape of the day, not a timetable anyone is held to. Your itinerary carries the real times.
Morning
01
Land at Antalya (AYT)
Roughly four hours in the air from London. Your coordinator meets you inside the terminal; there is no queue and no taxi to find.
Late morning
02
Clinic one
Examination, scans where the clinic takes them, and a discussion of what it would propose. You leave with a written, itemised quote.
Early afternoon
03
Clinic two
The same again at a different price band. By now you can ask each clinic the questions the previous one raised.
Afternoon
04
Clinic three
Your third written quote. Three plans, three prices, three named clinicians, all for the same mouth on the same day.
Evening
05
Home the same day, or the optional night
Back at the airport for the evening flight if you booked the same-day return. If you took the optional night, you check in to the 5-star hotel and read the three quotes over dinner instead.
Next day
06
Fly home undecided, if you like
Nobody asks for a decision at the airport. The quotes stay valid for the period each clinic states in writing.

Winter departures
We set the dates. You pick one.
Fixed fortnightly departures, September 2026 β March 2027, because three appointments have to be booked around each other. London fares are at their lowest across these months, which is what makes the trip free to run at all. Each date carries a small number of places.
Tell MEDgo the date you want and whether you would like the hotel night or the same-evening return.
Ask all three
Eight questions that make the quotes comparable
Three quotes are only useful if they answer the same questions. Take this list into every appointment, and refuse to leave a building without the answers written down. Your coordinator will translate; they will not answer for the clinic.
01The full legal name of the clinic and of the clinician who would treat me
02The proposed treatment, its stages, and how many trips it needs
03The material risks, and what happens if something does not heal as planned
04The alternatives, including doing nothing for now
05An itemised total price, and every item that price excludes
06The implant or ceramic system by brand name, not by category
07The guarantee terms in writing, and exactly what voids them
08Who I contact after I fly home, and what a revision would cost me
Ground rules
What this campaign will not do to you
Free means free β and only for the trip
The return flight, the airport pickup, the transfers, the three consultations and the optional hotel night cost you nothing. Dental treatment is not part of that and is never presented as free: the clinic you choose quotes it separately and bills you directly.
No pressure, and no deadline attached to the trip
Nobody asks you to decide in the building, at the airport or on the plane. The three written quotes go home with you and stay valid for the period each clinic states in writing. Deciding against all three is a normal outcome and costs you nothing.
No treatment is sold on the day
The visit is a consultation day. No clinic on the itinerary may ask you to start treatment during it, and neither WeCare nor MEDgo takes a treatment payment at any point.
A price band is not a quality ranking
The three clinics are chosen to differ in price so the difference is visible. Which one suits your case is a clinical judgement, made by a named clinician after examining you β not by this page and not by your driver.
Your coordinator does not take a side
They book, drive and translate. They do not recommend one of the three clinics over another, and they are not paid more if you pick one.
Only your written confirmation counts
Flight, hotel, transfers and the three appointments apply as written in your confirmation. Nothing on this page overrides it, and no verbal promise adds to it.
Questions people ask first
Can I really see three dental clinics in one day in Antalya?
Yes. The three appointments are booked in your name before you fly and the clinics are within a short drive of each other, with a driver and coordinator waiting between them. Each visit is a consultation with an examination and a written quote, not a treatment appointment.
Is the return flight from London really free?
Yes. MEDgo pays for the return flight, the hotel night, the transfers and the three consultations on the fixed winter dates listed on this page. Getting to your London departure airport is not covered, and the airline, airport and exact times are named on your written confirmation before you travel.
What is the catch if the trip costs nothing?
The clinics pay to be seen. They are willing to fly candidate patients out because a consultation in the building converts far better than a photograph over WhatsApp. That is why the trip is free and why nobody can promise you the treatment will be: if you go ahead, the clinic you pick quotes and bills you directly, and if you do not, you have still cost yourself nothing.
Why does the campaign run from September to March?
London to Antalya fares are at their lowest outside the summer holiday season, which is what makes a free comparison trip possible to run at all. Antalya in winter is mild, and the clinics have shorter waiting lists than in July and August.
Can I fly out and come home the same day?
Yes, and many people do. The flight is roughly four hours, so a morning arrival leaves enough of the day for three consultations and an evening return to London. The 1-night stay is the alternative rather than the default: tell your coordinator which of the two you want when you book, and your written confirmation is issued accordingly. Both cost you nothing.
Do I have to choose one of the three clinics?
No. You can fly home with three written quotes and decide later, choose a clinic that was not on the itinerary, or decide against treatment abroad entirely. There is no obligation attached to the trip.
Who provides the dental treatment if I go ahead?
Only the clinic and the clinician named in your clinical documents. WeCare arranges the flights, hotel, transfers and appointments; MEDgo Tourism is the UK coordination partner. Neither is the treating provider, and neither can give you a clinical opinion.
What should each clinic give me in writing?
The name of the treating clinic and clinician, the proposed treatment and its stages, the material risks, the alternatives, an itemised total price, what is excluded, the guarantee terms and the aftercare arrangements. If a quote is missing any of these, ask for it before you leave the building.
How many places are there on each date?
Each departure carries a small fixed number of places because the appointments are booked individually at three clinics. When a date is full it is marked closed on this page and the next open date is offered instead.
Who should not book the comparison trip?
Anyone in pain or with a broken or infected tooth right now β that needs a dentist in the UK this week, not a fixed date weeks away. Anyone who has already chosen a clinic and wants to start treatment, because that is a separate paid treatment trip. Anyone who needs a single small item, where the day costs more than the saving. Anyone who cannot fly comfortably. And anyone hoping the dentistry will also be free: it will not be.
What happens after I fly home with three quotes?
Nothing, unless you start it. You compare the three, ask follow-up questions in writing, and either choose a clinic or do not. If you choose one, that clinic sends you its own treatment agreement, deposit request and dates, and you pay the clinic directly. The treatment visit itself is a separate trip and is quoted separately β it is not covered by this campaign.
If I take the optional night, which hotel is it?
A selected 5-star Antalya hotel, on a bed-and-breakfast basis, subject to written confirmation and availability. The property is named on your written confirmation before you travel rather than on this page, because the allocation depends on your date. If you choose the same-day return instead, no hotel appears on your itinerary at all.
Tell MEDgo which date suits you. You will get the three clinic names, the flight details and the hotel in writing before anything is booked in your name.
