How our pricing works
These are the figures our UK coordination partner MEDgo publishes, transcribed as they stand. They are real starting points, not quotes: the number that ends up on your plan depends on your CBCT scan, your bone, and what the old work in your mouth turns out to need. This page shows the published list, then explains exactly what moves it and what a proper itemised quote has to contain.
The published price list
Turkey figures and the UK comparison are both as published by MEDgo, read on 28 August 2026. Every line is a starting point.
| Treatment | Antalya, from | UK private, typical |
|---|---|---|
| Dental implant with crownper tooth | £500 | £2,000–£4,000 |
| All-on-4per arch | £2,500 | £15,000–£25,000 |
| All-on-6per arch | £3,250 | £18,000–£28,000 |
| Zirconia crownper tooth | £140 | £1,000–£2,000 |
| Porcelain veneerper tooth | £140 | £900–£1,500 |
| Smile makeover, 20 veneersper treatment | £2,500 | £18,000–£30,000 |
What the figure covers: the treatment itself as listed. What it does not settle: bone grafting, a sinus lift, extractions, flights or insurance. Those are priced only after a scan, and they appear as separate lines on your written plan.
What moves the number
These are clinical reasons, not sales reasons. Every one of them is visible on a CBCT scan or in your medical history.
| Factor | Why it changes the price |
|---|---|
| Bone volume and quality | Insufficient bone means grafting or a sinus lift before an implant can be placed — extra material, extra surgery, extra healing time. |
| Implant system | A premium European fixture costs several times an unbranded one. The difference is in the surface, the documented survival data and whether any dentist in the world can service it later. |
| Crown or prosthesis material | Monolithic zirconia, layered zirconia and pressed lithium disilicate are different materials with different lab time behind them. |
| Number of units | Per-unit cost usually falls with volume — but the honest number of units is decided by your smile line and bite, never by a round figure that fits a package. |
| Existing dental work | Failing crowns, root-treated teeth, old bridges and untreated gum disease all have to be dealt with before new work goes on top. |
| Immediate vs delayed loading | Temporary teeth on the day of surgery add a provisional prosthesis that has to be made, fitted and later replaced. |
| Number of trips | A properly staged case usually means two visits. Compressing it into one removes a healing gap or a try-in, which is a clinical decision and not a discount. |
What a real quote itemises
Ask for this in writing before you pay anything. If a line is missing, ask what happened to it — an omitted line is the single most common way a quote grows after arrival.
- Every unit listed separately, with the tooth position it belongs to
- The exact implant system and the exact ceramic, named by manufacturer and product line
- Surgical placement, abutment and crown priced as separate items, not bundled into one figure
- Any grafting, sinus lift or extraction identified in advance rather than "if needed on the day"
- The diagnostic CBCT scan and the digital planning
- Provisional or temporary work, and when it will be replaced
- The number of visits and roughly how many days each one takes
- What the warranty covers, for how long, and explicitly whether return travel is included
- What happens, and who pays, if a tooth needs a root canal after preparation
What an all-inclusive package covers
